This blog may seem rather ambitious just like any other blog on the eve of its creation. However I am hopeful that my sense of enthusiasm which I so always doubt would extend further through the grace of God and any other supreme being one might consider - I do absolutely on my knees, pray that I would persevere.
See I was a bit inspired by the repetitive TV shows of chefs preaching about the difference between shallots, leeks and onions. They would come up with these amazing recipes and always end with the perfect feast. Now I am quite a bit obsessed about food myself - can you tell? I love to savor each and every bite and be mesmerize by its appearance, flavor and texture - such a play of jolting complexities.
This posting would be quite similar to a mini series revolving around food, lifestyle and life. I wanted to clarify this at hand that I am no hardcore hedonist - this adaptation is merely a concoction of certain aspects of reality that I find comforting and intensely entertaining.
"Over Easy". It is a story that revolves around a budding food critic that recently moved from the nouveau dinning Mecca Los Angeles to the city of 4.99$ Prime Rib and 99cent shrimp cocktail Las Vegas. Her name is Helena. A bright young ambitious historian driven to make a difference.
